Kay & Bruno are thrilled to invite you to a brand new offering—a gentle, immersive evening of mindful movement and soothing sound. This two-hour session blends the transformative Feldenkrais Method with a deeply restorative sound bath, and is co-hosted by Bruno Furci, Feldenkrais Instructor and sound therapist Kay Rose of Grounded Sound.
✨ What to Expect
• 50 minutes of Feldenkrais Method: gentle, floor-based movement guided by Bruno, designed to awaken body awareness and ease
• 50 minutes of therapeutic sound: a cocoon of healing tones and vibrations created by Kay, allowing the body to integrate and release
• Resting time and grounding chocolate to close the evening with sweetness and calm

Feldenkrais is awareness through movement—a gentle practice that reminds us how to move through life with grace and ease. Like babies discovering their bodies with playful delight, this class invites you to remember that joy of movement. Through subtle, repeated sequences, you’ll explore new possibilities for your body, gently and at your own pace. With Bruno’s compassionate guidance, you’ll learn to let go of tension, move more freely, and feel calmer, clearer, and more connected.

You may already know the magic of sound bathing—how it can soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. When paired with Feldenkrais, the sound bath works on an even more profound level, meeting a body already softened and attuned.

What do I need to bring?
Comfort is key—bring:
- A yoga mat (if you have one)
- A pillow and plenty of blankets or a duvet to create a snug nest on the floor
- Warm, comfy clothes and fluffy socks
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
Basically, bring anything that helps you feel cosy, so you can get super comfortable on the floor. We’ll take care of the rest.
Parking: There is a car park (free to use) at the Memorial Centre
The venue is the gorgeous Auditorium at the MMC, 105 Leicester Road, Mountsorrel, Loughborough LE12 7DB (use ‘MMC Venue’ to find on Google maps)

This sound event is not recommended for those with sound-induced epilepsy, schizophrenia, severe tinnitus, or other sound-sensitive health concerns. If you are pregnant, please inform me, as extra care is needed in the 1st and 3rd trimester.
