Join us for a transformative Sound Journey for this 90-minute experience, guided by the soothing presence of Gianna, will lead you through a peaceful and rejuvenating adventure of sound, breath, and healing energy.

✨ What to Expect:

Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the powerful vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, tongue drum, ocean drum, rain stick, gong, and tuning forks. Each instrument will carry you deeper into relaxation, clearing and balancing your energy.
Breath-Work: Gentle breath techniques will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state.
Spinal Warm-Up: Soft movements to release tension and prepare your body for the journey ahead.
✨ Bring an open mind, a comfy mat, and a willingness to surrender to the flow of sound.
