Lamaze - full birth prep class

Feeling unsure about how your upcoming birth experience? Want to feel confident and ready to rock this birth? Read below!👇

This is a full childbirth education class covers the following:
💛Labor positions and comfort measures
💛Anatomy and physiology of birth
💛How to talk to medical professionals
💛Birth planning
💛Medical interventions
💛Knowing what your options are for birth and how to advocate for them!

Whether you are planning a home or hospital birth, this class is for you!

Whether you are a first time mom, or a 3rd time mom, this class is for you!

Class will be in a group format with other expecting families. Light refreshments will be provided during class, but feel free to bring your own meal or snacks if desired. Class will be relaxed and open for lots of discussion and questions. I want you to feel confident going into your birthing journey!

Class registration fee includes pregnant person and one support person.
