CPD workshops at Sunflower Community Project: What's my Childhood got to do with it?

On offer are 2 creative and experiential workshops exploring Family constellation and Early Memory work, using Adlerian theory in practice. £50 (£48+£2 fee) for one 3hr workshop or £90 (£88 +£2 fee) for both workshops.

In exchange you will receive handouts, experiential exercises that can be used with your clients, tea/coffee and a snack. If staying for both workshops, and you would like to bring a shared lunch food item that would be welcomed in the traditional Adlerian style. You will also receive a CPD certificate. Suitable for trainee and qualified therapists looking to expand your knowledge of other theorists or to connect with the Adlerian Model.

Workshop 1: Family Constellation 10 - 1pm

Looking at the impact of the family you grew up in on your approach to life.

Workshop 2: Early Memories 2 - 5pm

Why do we remember what we remember? Exploring our early memories and why we hold on to them.

Both Workshops are presented by Janina Bell: Janina is an Adlerian counsellor, supervisor and trainer living and working in Milton Keynes. She has been involved in certificate and diploma level Adlerian counselling training for about ten years. She is also co-chair of ASIIP Council. In her private life, Janina enjoys choral singing and is a devoted Nanna to 7 grandchildren
