Women Wild Woodland Walk & Healing Circle

Hi Join us on our first Women Wild Walk of 2025, this time we will be soaking up all of the energy, wisdom and abundance that a waking wood has to offer. Meeting in the main car park at 6am, I will be there from 5:45am.

What to expect
Birdsong
Meditation
Grounding exercise
Breath-work
Sound healing
Wild/cold dip/swim (optional)
Nature walk
Being welcomed with open arms into a community and sisterhood of the most amazing, compassionate, caring, driven, supportive women!

Please wear comfortable shoes (it can be boggy if it has rained a lot hopefully not in June) swimwear if you wish to dip, a bottle of water, a pen and journal or paper (journal preferable) any crystals or trinkets that you hold dear and your incredible self!
