Aromatherapy for the Mind. Focus/Concentration/Uplifting/Memory via zoom £35

Join me for this fabulous workshop as we explore essential oils to aid our focus and concentration, to uplift our minds/mood and to support our memories.

We will discover how essential oils can play a part in managing stress and balancing our brainwaves, allowing us to better focus and concentrate on tasks. We will also explore essential oils to support memory. Please note, this is not about Alzheimer’s or any chronic illness affecting memory.

If you practice meditation, mindfulness, yoga , etc you may also find some of these essential oils useful for increasing focus , I do ☀️

We will be exploring 6 essential oils, and you will be creating your own ‘Mind Blend’ .
A kit of essential oils plus kit to blend will be sent to you in the post around 3 weeks before the workshop.
