Celebrate the season with a cool twist! In this festive edition of our popular Magnum-style ice cream class, we’ll be making rich, boozy no-churn ice creams.

Course Content:
• Rum & Raisin – A nostalgic favourite with plump rum-soaked raisins folded into a creamy base.
• Baileys Hot Chocolate – Smooth, chocolatey and laced with Baileys; like a grown up holiday hug.
• Spiced Vanilla Apple Bourbon – Warm spices, roasted apples and a splash of bourbon for that festive kick.
You’ll learn how to make and mould no-churn ice cream, coat it in chocolate, and decorate each bar. Perfect for parties, gifts, or just treating yourself.
