Three Chiffon Cake Variations
• Pandan Chiffon Cake – Achieving a natural green color from pandan
• Orange Chiffon Cake – Incorporating zest and juice for a well-balanced citrus flavor
• Pulut Hitam Chiffon Cake – Preparing black glutinous rice paste and blending it into the batter

Baking & Cooling Process
• Correct oven temperature and baking time for chiffon cake
• How to prevent collapse: cooling cakes upside down

Unmolding & Presentation
• Techniques for releasing chiffon cakes without deflating
