Tap Away the Tension - EFT Tapping for Anxiety and Overthinking

Struggling with anxiety or racing thoughts?

Join me for Tap Away the Tension, a calming 60-min EFT session to gently ease anxiety and overthinking.

We'll start with an introduction to EFT Tapping, then move to a group tapping session. You'll leave with a sense of calm and some tools you can use at home.
