Q: If I have a card, am I good?
A: If you attended Influencer Appreciation Night, yes! Otherwise, you’ll need to subscribe through the app.

Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring a plus one, but one of you must have an active Companion-App subscription.

Q: Can I subscribe at the door?
A: Yes! We’ll have technical support on hand to help you get set up if needed.

Q: How do I subscribe?
A: Refer to the attachment above for step-by-step instructions.

Q: How do I cancel?
A: For both Android and iOS, go to your respective App Store, click on Settings, and find your active subscriptions to manage or cancel.

Q: How much is the subscription?
A: $5.99 per week or $35.99 per month.
