Join us for a Silent Disco 'Stretch & Stride' at Dawberry Fields Park. Meet by Dawberry Fields Road Entrance. Join us for a brisk walk through the park as we provide you with an uplifting soundtrack (through a headset) to get your heart pumping and feet striding. (45 mins)

The 'Good Vibrations for All Generation's programme of events and activities aims to bring communities together through music, dance and culture in Brandwood venues, green spaces and unusual places.

The programme is funded by the Birmingham Municipal Charity. It's part of the Brandwood Buzz vision to establish a Cultural Action Area in the Brandwood neighbourhoods of the Kings Heath area.
