The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements for the Rehab & Shovel Ready Programs, to consider executing a Catalytic Property Acquisition and Transfer Agreement with Titusville Development Corporation, to consider executing a Release of Restrictive Covenants for existing Land Bank contracts, to consider authorizing the repurchase of five properties, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
