10:25am- meet at Yoga Borne / drop bags off
10:30am- run starts
11:00-11:05am- run ends at Yoga Borne
11:15am- Yoga starts
Class Description:
Join Yoga Borne for a specially curated class for runners!
Yoga can offer a huge array of benefits for runners including; faster recovery, reduced risk of injury, increased lung capacity and breath control, and enhanced mental focus.
Guided by Studio Owner Karine, who has over a decade of experience in Yoga, movement and wellbeing, be prepared to stretch deeply, work on increasing your flexibility, recover sore muscles, and end in a deep relaxation for body and mind.
This class includes:
Free water and herbal teas.
Optional immunity juice shot.
Optional vegan protein snack.

Studio address is 1406-1408 Pershore Road, B30 2PH.
On road parking can be found on Hunts Road, Mary Vale Road, Franklin Road and Pershore Road (check signs on Pershore Road).
Bournville Train Station is a 5 minute walk away.
Regular buses available.
We cannot accept late entrance due to health and safety and out of respect for those who arrived on time.
The studio is fully equipped.
Wear comfortable clothing to move and relax in.
Bring a refillable bottle of water.
You must have filled in the studio waiver prior to the class (done on the day).
Please let the teacher know if you have any injuries / health conditions.
