Reiki Training Level 1 - One-Day Course
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that originated in Japan and came to the West in the late 20th century. It is a powerful and now widely used complementary system that promotes, deep rejuvenation, detoxification and a strong overall balance within the body, mind and soul.
What is Included
The “Level 1” course is the foundational stage in this journey of transformation and healing for self and others.
During this course you will receive the first “attunement” or initiation which will enable you to use Reiki for self-healing and to pass it on to friends & family through the laying on of hands.
Self-Healing Techniques: Discover and practice hand positions for self-treatment, learning how to nurture and balance your own energy.
Giving Reiki to Others: Learn the foundational techniques for offering Reiki to friends and family. You’ll practice these under guidance, experiencing both giving and receiving Reiki.
This thorough and certified course will include:
Reiki background: Story, principles and uses
Introduction to the chakras: What, where and how to balance
Attunement: Initiation into the lineage of Reiki for healing
Reiki treatments: For self and others
A comprehensive course manual and certification into Usui Reiki
