Join Pitmasters Tyler Ashton of Rodney Scott’s BBQ and Christopher Prieto of PRIME Barbecue, Knightdale, NC for a one-night-only collaboration dinner that brings the fire!

When Pitmasters have the chance to veer off the traditional bbq menus at their restaurants, the result is a smoky, unexpected plate of deliciousness. The tradition of pitmasters cooking at festivals across the country, and the slow nature of the cooking process, means that they get to hang out—a lot. Real bbq takes a long time so there are conversations swapped during the process that results in friendships and collaborations. Experience the flavor that happens when two great pitmasters, Chris, and Tyler, join forces and serve up their “off the menu” creations.
