Join Cysters in collaboration with Taraki for a powerful evening of creativity, culture, and conversation for the Sikh and Punjabi community.

🧵 Phulkari & Perspectives brings together the traditional art of Phulkari-inspired candle painting with open, honest dialogue around menstrual health conditions in Birmingham's Sikh & Punjabi communities. So if you have conditions like endomteriosis, pmdd, pcos, fibroids, adenomyosis etc - then this is the opporunity for you.

This is more than just an art workshop—it's a safe, inclusive space to share stories, be heard, and help shape the future of health advocacy.
