Join me in this two hour workshop on Sunday the 23rd November, starting at 11AM to 1PM. Held in the main Yoga studio at the Birmingham Buddhist Centre, Moseley.
Hatha flow style yoga, followed by meditation and relaxation.
Part 1: A blend of classical Hatha postures with gentle, flowing sequences synchronized with the breath.

Part 2: Meditation, visualisations, and deep relaxation:
- Mindfulness meditation, the here and now;
- Visualisation meditation, fosters confidence through mental imagery;
- Transcending meditation, letting go and guiding the mind into a deeply restful state.

The studio is fully equipped, however you are welcome to bring along your favourite mat if you prefer.
You are welcome to indulge in chocolate and tea afterward, it is always nice to get grounded before heading back out to get on with your day.
