Join us on Tuesday, January 13th, for the first Midlands Hospitality Network event of 2026, hosted at Off to Work in Birmingham, when we will be joined by hospitality leader and now author, Cassie Davison.

Cassie brings over 30 years of hands-on experience as an owner-operator. She is also the founder of Kith & Kin, a community for independent hospitality, grounded in real operator experience and built to support people carrying the weight of leadership.

In conversation with Kieron Bailey, Cassie will explore the framework at the heart of Stand Out Hospitality and reflect on what many hospitality leaders are dealing with behind the scenes.

The discussion looks at why constant firefighting has become normal, and how clarity, standards and belonging can change the long-term direction of a business.

This is not a session about quick fixes. It is a grounded, experience-led conversation for operators and hospitality professionals who care about their craft, their people and the future of independent hospitality.
