π Iβm excited to launch a community fitness boot camp for all who want to get active, build strength, and have fun together.

When: Saturday mornings.
π Time: 10am
π Where: Highbury Park - meeting point at the top car park.
π‘ How it works:
β’ Sessions will include a mix of bodyweight exercises, cardio, and light strength training.
β’ Suitable for all fitness levels β you can go at your own pace.
β’ Please bring bottle of water and lots of energy!
β’ Each session will last 30-40 minutes.
β’ First session is FREE, then Β£5 per session.
β¨ This is a great way to stay healthy, motivated, and connected with our neighbours.
π If youβd like to join, just show up at the next session! Feel free to invite neighbours or friends.
