Free wellbeing Walk 'n' Talk session

Get out and about in nature with our new free, wellbeing walk ‘n’ talk sessions for adults!

Starting this Friday 10th October, 1.45-2.45pm.

Every week we’ll take a stroll round the park at a pace that works for you, enjoy some oh-so-gentle stretches or qigong in the meadow, and have a proper chinwag. The perfect way to keep yourself moving this Autumn.

These welcoming walk ‘n’ talks are led by community wellbeing facilitator @bloombodyacademy and supported by @inspiringfitnesscommunity_
