[FREE] Under The Mountain: Nosferatu

Under the Mountain is back! This end of the year, they have two silent movie screenings for all you beautiful ghouls. First up, on Tuesday, November 4th at Saturn Birmingham, they are screening F. W. Murnau's NOSFERATU: A SYMPHONY OF HORROR (1922), featuring a score written and performed LIVE by Chayse Porter.

Three years ago, Chayse first tackled the material solo for a packed-house screening of this titan of silent horror, but that wasn't nearly enough for such a consummate and irrepressible showman. This time he will be accompanied by several musicians for what will be an electrifying reimagining of the material he previously composed for the film. A guaranteed fully immersive experience for all you lovers of death and whimsy.


This presentation will include an intermission, and will be followed by a brief selection of Chayse's tastiest tunes, not to mention a few surprises along the way.


This event is FREE and open to anyone 18 and up. Mark your calendars and file your fangs for your date with the nightmare gentleman caller of German Expressionism himself, Count Orlock the Vampire!
