Step into a nourishing evening of embodied movement inspired by the natural elements — earth, water, air, fire, and ether. This beginner-friendly Elemental Flow Dance Class invites you to reconnect with your body, release tension, and move with intention in a supportive, welcoming space.

Through guided voice cues and intuitive movement, we’ll explore how each element lives within the body — grounding through earth, flowing with water, expanding through air, activating inner fire, and connecting to ether. No choreography to memorize and no prior dance experience required — just a willingness to listen to your body and move freely.
