Come in costume and enjoy full access to explore, take photos, and vibe with fellow cosplayers! No registration or ticket required.
π· PHOTOGRAPHERS:
There is a required photography fee, paid directly to Sloss Furnace upon arrival. This supports the space and allows events like this to continue! We will update when we receive that information.
π‘οΈ PROP POLICY & SAFETY CHECKS
Props are allowed, but safety is our priority.

Allowed:
Foam, cardboard, resin, and 3D-printed props
Clearly fake/obvious toy weapons
Lightweight accessories
π« Not Allowed:
Real or functional weapons (metal blades, working guns, etc.)
Sharp or overly heavy items
Anything realistic enough to cause confusion or concern
π ALL props must be checked at our Safety & Prop Check station upon entry.
π AGE VERIFICATION
Anyone under the age of 19 will need to get a hand stamp at check-in. This helps us keep things clearly marked for any age-restricted areas or activities.

Weβre hosting a raffle during the event to help raise funds for next year β where we plan to rent out the entire Sloss facility for an even bigger cosplay experience! Every entry supports our future growth and gives you a chance to win awesome prizes π

π¨ PHOTOGRAPHER RULES & CONDUCT π¨
π· Camera Requirement:
Only photographers with semi-pro to professional cameras will be permitted.
β No cell phones, point-and-shoots, or disposable cameras.
You will be asked to leave if using unapproved gear.
β οΈ Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Any photographer caught taking photos of minors in inappropriate or suggestive poses will be immediately removed from the event and permanently banned from future cosplay days and conventions.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful space for all attendees β especially our younger community members.
π All photographers must fill out and sign a conduct agreement form online or in-person upon entry.
By attending, you agree to follow these rules and uphold a safe, respectful space for all.
