This month at Brum Circle, we step into the energy of the Warrior. Not the battle-hardened fighter, but the grounded, heart-led force that protects what matters, knows when to say no, and moves with purpose.

Together, we’ll explore:
Boundaries: Where we end and others begin
Our inner “yes” and “no” and how we honour both

The courage to take up space in the world without armouring up

What it means to be in right relationship with our power

As always, this is a space for real talk, reflection, and shared humanity. Come as you are, no masks, no need to have it all figured out.

Circle will open with grounding, include facilitated group work, and close with space to share, be heard, and connect.
