Awakening Through Movement and Sound with True40 Homewood Birmingham Alabama

This session begins with a gentle warm-up designed to awaken the body and release stagnant energy. Through glute and core activation, we’ll build grounding and stability, followed by yoga-inspired somatic movements to open and soften the body. These practices prepare you to fully surrender your experience into the sound bath, where quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and gong will guide you into deeper states of rest and alignment.

Together, movement and sound weave a path back home to yourself. Grounded, open, and awakened.
