Find inner stillness through letting go of restlessness and craving

This 3 week meditation course will explain reliable meditation techniques and practices for daily life that will enable us to cultivate inner contentment and peace.

Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations.

It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.

Tuesday – 19th August – Letting go of disatisfaction and craving (£8.50)

Tuesday – 26th August – The Peace of Contentment (£8.50)
