August Magical Mindfulness Meet Up

This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.

It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

The August session will be all about breathing 😌

We will be blowing bubbles, creating bubble art and employing box breathing under the sky for our meditation 🫧🫧🧘🏼‍♀️🫧🫧
