Annual General Meeting
NOTICE of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that The Annual General Meeting of Harborne Village Social Club and Institute will take place at on Sunday 27th April 2025.

Only fully paid-up Members can attend and they will be required to show their current membership card on entering the premises. Only fully paid up Members of at least 12 months standing may vote

The Club (and bar) will open at 10.30am.

The bar and front door will be closed at 11.00am PROMPT.

The bar and club will re-open upon conclusion of The AGM.

NO PERSON WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE CLUB WHILST THE AGM IS IN PROGRESS.

This is YOUR CLUB, please make the effort to arrive promptly and attend this meeting.
