Aerial Yoga Mermaid Pose workshop

We have been having so much fun doing our Mermaid poses in our Aerial yoga classes on a Monday during the month of July. souch so we relise we keep running out of time each class. we decided quite last minute to put 2 hour workshop on where you have time to do most of them and have a lot of fun just playing and channeling your inner Mermaid on a Saturday morning. Yes this session is suitable for beginners ❤️
