Important information

Whilst sound healing can be a lovely experience for expectant mums It is advisable to wait until after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. This event is not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy or for children under 16 years of age.

Chairs / Yoga mats are provided but Please bring a blanket & a pillow to support your comfort.
