Help Through Hardship Local Drop in Support Session

Help Through Hardship Local (HTHL) is a collaborative project by Wirral Foodbank, Wirral Mind and Citizens Advice Wirral, designed to offer seamless support for people facing both financial and mental health challenges. Open to adults over 18, HTHL provides referrals, signposting, and personalised guidance to help clients find practical solutions and build resilience.

What support is available?
Our HTHL keyworker offers flexible support tailored to client goals, with a range of assistance. This may include setting action plans, referrals, and building confidence through workshops.
