The evening will consist of A Three Brains BodyTalk Balance – a powerful process to harmonise the wisdom of the head, heart, and gut ‘brains’. When these three centres communicate clearly, we feel calmer, more intuitive, and better able to make decisions from a place of inner balance.
Homemade soup and cakes – served midway through the evening, giving us time to pause, ground, and share in community before moving into the deeper work.
A Shamanic Journey by the fire – something we don’t usually offer, making this gathering extra special. Guided by rhythmic drumming and visualisation, you’ll be invited into a dreamlike state where symbols, visions, or messages may arise. This journey opens a doorway to connect with your inner wisdom or spirit guides, offering insight, healing, and inspiration that is uniquely yours.
