Sound Bath

Join Leah for an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides you through a sound healing journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and koshi chimes.

Through the sounds and vibrations of a gong, the mind enters a deeply meditative and relaxed state, which brings about healing at many levels including physical, emotional, mental and spriritual. A sound bath can help to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your mind and body, increase foucs and clarity, and improve sleep.

No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do is relax and allow Leah to guide you.

Mats, blocks, blankets and eye pillows will be provided but feel free to bring any extras such as cushions, warms socks or anything to help you feel supported and comfortable.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.

Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 6:30pm as this is distruptive to other guests so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.

You also have the option to spend some time in The Tin Shed next to the sudio. This is a beautiful communal kitchen and seating space overlooking the country fields. A truly lovely space for you to chill out and help yourself to a drink either before or after the sound bath.

Sound baths are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or first trimester of pregnancy.
