The Chamomile Tea Club

As we close into the Autumn Equinox and Halloween, we also move from the water element to the earth element. We will revisit the emotional body that the water element is linked to, and look at what love is blocked or wounded by, as well as do a meditation focussed on the healing power of water.
And of course ; another herb / food group / or essential oil to explore.
Any Newcomers : this all may sound a little out there, but we will be revisiting and expanding on many elements of mindfulness and mediation as we move into winter, and how to acknowledge feelings by being present with ourselves and others. Don't hesitate to come and find out more.
