The Camomile Tea Club

A meet up every second Monday afternoon, at the Tea Lounge / Maison, with Karen Bailey, to explore mindfulness, relaxation techniques, physical and emotional wellbeing, & herbs and oils.
We will also arrange for talks on specialist areas such as yoga, reiki, mindfulness with animals, meditation, shamanism, and other areas of holistic health as they come up. (If you have a healing specialism you would like to share contact Karen to discuss or join us at our sessions.)
Bring a pad and pen.
Give yourself permission to relax.
