The Camomile Tea Club

A monthly meetup at the Tea Lounge, run by Karen Bailey, exploring many aspects of well-being, relaxation, over-thinking, challenges that life throws at you and overcoming stressful situations.

There will also be a tie-in re mindfulness with pets and later, sessions exploring reiki, acupuncture and yoga, using herbs and meditation.

Bring a pad and pen and have fun.

Plenty of parking on site.
