Self Awareness Explorers

This is the last session of the years cycle in the earth element, where the feminine energy holds us in silence, quiet, resonance, and deep rest.

We will explore the herbs to maintain and support the pancreas, and deepen our understanding of the sacral energy centre : the centre of "how we feel about ourselves".

In addition I want to introduce "breathing"......

And as usual we will finish with a relaxation meditation.
