Truth Pharm emerged from the lived experiences of community members impacted by substance use to advocate for individuals who face discrimination, stigma and barriers to essential services. Since 2015, Truth Pharm has slowly grown into a national leader in innovative care, education and anti-stigma awareness around substance use disorder and the overdose epidemic. This year marks the 10th anniversary of showing the power of grassroots work by empowering those who are directly impacted to turn their pain into purpose.

We are proud to say that the majority of our funding over the years has come from community support. Community funds empower us to be innovative, to create new models of care, and to perform our advocacy work free from outside influence.
