MAY MEETING - RUN CLINIC

Our very first Run Clinic will be hosted by Confluence Running!

Confluence Running will video tape your running on a treadmill and help you with pointers to work on your form and efficiency. We will also plan to give general pointers on running form and drills to improve it.

This Meeting may take a bit longer than usual just to make sure that everyone gets a chance to give it a try. Please plan to wear something run-able (nothing floppy around the ankles is also helpful, if possible). You may also want to bring a note pad/pen to jot down a few notes.
