+ Supporting your baby’s feeding and oral motor development, when to be concerned
+ Which foods are most important during the first year, where to start.
+ Food allergies and sensitivities, including rashes, eczema, and stool changes
+ Choosing the right cup, what to offer in it, and how to support drinking skills
This class is ideal for parents who want evidence-based guidance, practical tools, and reassurance as they support their baby in developing a healthy, positive relationship with food.
