This is a fun and easy way to meet many doulas all at once. Using a speed dating format, you will meet with each doula for a few minutes in a relaxed, no pressure environment. Don’t worry about what to say, we have that covered to. There will even be snacks and door prizes.
Birth doulas positively impact birth outcomes and are well supported by scientific evidence. In fact, some insurance plans cover the cost of a birth doula.
