Let’s be real: Making tamales from scratch can seem like a monumental task—usually involving three days of labor and an emotional breakdown in a pile of masa. But with the right guidance, it's an incredibly rewarding holiday project.
This season, ditch the stress and embrace the flavor! We've broken down the art of tamale-making into simple, festive steps so you can create beautiful, authentic tamales for your holiday table. Impress your guests, delight your family, and enjoy every bite of your culinary accomplishment.
Each participant will assemble approximately 3 dozen tamales. That’s right, your freezer is about to get an upgrade.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (READ CAREFULLY):
Some Assembly Required: You will take these home raw. You must steam them yourself. (We provide the instructions, you provide the stove).
The "Crunch" Factor: Whatever you do, do not eat the corn husk. It is a wrapper, not a taco shell.
The Loophole: ...Unless your other half invited somebody you don't like. Then, by all means, let them eat it. We won't say a word. 🤣
There will be samples provided and non alcoholic beverages.
However, if you wanted to bring your own tequila and margaritas to make this a fiesta class. 🤐🤪🥃🍸🍷
