It's hot as Hades out there, so let's have a brewski.
Do you have a favorite style? A favorite beer of all time?
If you have a sample of it, bring it along. Otherwise, just come with something you've made or something commercial you love and we'll give it a go. We can talk about what we look for in beers, what styles we love and why, and what we wish would be produce more (or less).
What do you want to see out of the homebrew club? Feedback is essential to keeping the group going!
As usual, we'll sample each other's brews, give feedback on what we like, what seems off, and how to improve.
If anyone wants to bring a sampling of their creation so we can practice our BJCP judging techniques, please do so.
As always, please thank our host, and purchase your supplies through the Billings Homebrewers' Supply store. Plus, bring a friend. Our monthly meetings are open to everyone interested in the brewing process - whether they're brewers or not.
