ABOUT NIAT
Night In At Tiananmens (N.I.A.T.) is a grind/mathcore band from Billings, Montana. Formed in 2017, the band has released one EP, "The Kindness" (2018) and two albums, "Blasphemist" (2020), "Head First Into The Berkeley Pit" (2023) as well as making an appearance on Ireland-based label Sudden Strike Records' "A Grindcore Tribute to Nirvana" in 2021
They have done numerous tours around the country, covering over 10,000 miles in the last four years with a big focus on the PNW and Denver metropolitan area. They play loud, chaotic, off the wall music full of riffs and blastbeats, captivating fans. Since their formation NIAT has performed with a massive amount of large name acts, including; Soulfly, the HIRS Collective, Planning for Burial, Livid, Cyborg Octopus, Maul, Gorgatron, Bodybox, So Hideous, Steaksauce Mustache, Sleepsculptor, The Convalescence, and the list goes on and on. They have made live appearances at Houston Mammoth Fest and has been a regular staple of Billings' annual DIY punk festival Julia Louis Dreyfest for many years.
