Living Well in the Community Workshop

This 11-week workshop is designed to support individuals with disabilities to make informed choices about their care and activities of independent living. Class facilitators and Independent Living Specialists will discuss goal setting, seeking information, eating well, physical activity, advocacy, and more!

The participants completing the workshop will be honored at a graduation ceremony during Friendsgiving on November 20th at 4pm.
