Entries will be taken on the day for those who have pre-entered where class numbers allow. (Payment must be exact cash (£15) and must be paid before person will be allowed to compete!).

Inhand Ring -
1. Coloureds (to include palaminos & spotted roans)- 10:00
2. Young Handler (14 and under, must wear hard hat, no stallions)- 10:40
3. M&M (to include part breeds)- 11:20
4. Veterans (15 and over)- 12:00
5. Prettiest Mare (can be inhand or ridden)- 12:40
6. Handsomest Gelding (can be inhand or ridden)- 13:10
7. Judge’s Favourite (can be inhand or ridden)- 14:20
8. Young Stock (4 and under, no stallions)- 15:00
9. Cobs- 15:40
10. Foreign Breeds (to include part breeds)- 16:20
11. Inhand championship - 16:40 (anyone who places 1st and 2nd in any inhand class will qualify)
Ridden Ring -
12. Ring Experience (for genuine novice to showing combos)- 10:00
13. M&M (to include part breeds)- 10:40
14. Coloureds (to include palaminos & spotter roans)- 11:20
15. Veterans (15 and over)- 12:00
16. Cobs- 12:40
17. First Ridden (12 and under, no need to canter)- 13:20
18. Lead Rein (under 9s, lead rein to be attached to nose band)- 14:10
19. Riding Club (to include one small jump, max 60cm) - 14:50
20. Working Hunter (to include a small course, max 60cm) - 15:30
21. Ridden championship - 16:00 (anyone who places 1st and 2nd in any ridden class will qualify)

Rules
1. This competition will run under British Riding Club rules.

2. Flu Vaccinations. All competing horses and ponies must have received a completed course of flu vaccination within the last 12 months. Proof of this must be uploaded with entry.
3. Health and Safety. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure health, safety and welfare of everyone at the event. For these measures to be effective everyone attending must also take reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey stewards and organisers at all times.
4. Hats, Body Protectors and Equipment. Hats meeting the current standards must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Body protectors are also advised. Up to date standards ca be found in the BRC Handbook and on the website. All tack must be BRC dressage legal.
5. Abuse. Any person seen to mistreat their horse/pony or misuse whips/spurs or use bad language will disqualified from their class and asked to leave the showground.
6. No stallions are allowed on sight.
8. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them at all times.
9. Refund Policy. There will be no return of entry fees unless the event is cancelled or if a valid medical or veterinary certificate is produced. This will only be possible where funds have not already been spent in event set up.
