The Basics of Fall Cleansing with Callie

Join Callie Stolz, C.A.S., P.K.S. (Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma (cleansing) Specialist), to understand more about why doing a cleanse as the seasons change is so important to our health and well-being.
Learn how it can help us to reboot our digestive system, release old patterns and addictions and refresh our body, mind and soul. We will also touch on some of the basics of the ancient healing art of Ayurveda and how it pertains to cleansing and tuning into our individual needs during the cleansing process.

There will be an option to participate in person, but space will be limited. There will also be an option to attend via Zoom, from near or far!
