About the event

Women's Self-Defense
Join Master Brandon, 5th degree Black Belt and his team, for an informative, enlightening, practical and FUN class on basic and effective self-defense principles and practices.

We will cover mindfulness/awareness, avoidance, how to react or escape specific situations, and we will practice and try out some useful strikes and escape techniques.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 20th from 4:00-5:30pm and make it an afternoon with the girls! So don't forget to invite your friends! There is no charge for this event and is offered as a service to the awesome, strong women of our community.
