Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are "bathed" in sound waves generated by instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells and other deeply resonant instruments. The goal is to create a deep state of relaxation and reduce stress by using specific frequencies and sounds to induce a meditative state. Participants will lay comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you. Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a mat or one will be provided.
Preregistration is required, class size is limited.
