This special memorial event honors Edmund Coffey and Nancy Johnson, whose vision for a spay/neuter/wellness clinic at the Bedford Animal Shelter is now becoming a reality! 🌟 DW Lawhorne, Assistant County Administrator, has teamed up with the Community Pet Coalition (pending nonprofit) to bring this dream to life.
